The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, installation and commissioning of the Traffic Management System (SZR) in Świnoujście, also known as the ITS System. The order is implemented through the "design and build" formula, so it consists of two basic stages: stage I of design and implementation stage.
The basic scope of the Order includes:
a) Stage I – Development of the design of the traffic management system in Świnoujście – Development of the necessary design documentation of the entire system and subsystems for the implementation of works.
b) STAGE II – Delivery, assembly and execution of construction works enabling the system to be commissioned and training to be carried out. Stage II shall comprise the following subsystems:
• Traffic control subsystem,
• Driver information subsystem,
• Data transmission subsystem,
• Equipment and adaptation of the premises of the Traffic Management Center
c) STAGE IIA – Implementation of the traffic management system (SZR),
d) STAGE IIB – Technical assistance.

The Ordering Party provides for the exercise of the right of option within 36 months from the date of signing the contract.

STAGE V – provided for in the extended period of the Contract
• Priority subsystem for public transport vehicles,

The initial stage of design is to take full account of the technology proposed by the Contractor in the scope of the ITS system. At the implementation stage, the Contractor will perform all necessary construction works, make deliveries and assembly of equipment, perform the necessary installations and launch the system to the required functionality. The order also includes technical support during the implementation period and technical assistance after the implementation period, as well as training of the Ordering Party's staff.
