The procurement involves expert services in data production and application development.

The procurement is divided into the following areas:
1. AI application development: 2,000 - 4,000 person-months / year
2. Data production: 6,300 - 10,200 person-months / year
3. Design: 900 - 1,800 person-months / year
4. OPS: 2,500 - 4,800 person-months / year
5. QARA 1: 150 - 450 person-months / year
6. QARA 2: 100 - 430 person-months / year
The selection of suppliers will be made for each area separately based on the criteria presented later in the request for proposals. Suppliers can submit offers for one or more areas.
The contract will be valid for a fixed term of four years.
This is a total procurement, meaning that the procurement has not been divided into parts, as it constitutes a meaningful complete entity.

In the expert forms, some of the experts must be named, not all experts need to be named.
The same person cannot be offered for multiple roles and the same person may be offered to a maximum of two client organizations, excluding the imaging expert, for whom this requirement does not apply. The same person can be offered as an imaging expert for all client organizations.
