1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of software for Pathomorphology and the delivery of thermal transfer printers for microscope slides, specified in the Parts for the Clinical Department of Pathology of the Fryderyk Chopin University Clinical Hospital in Rzeszów.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the quantity of deliveries and the requirements are included in the Description of the subject of the contract – a list of minimum parameters for Lots No. 1 and 2 (Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ) and in the Price and Offer Forms for Lots No. 1 and 2 (Annexes No. 2 to the SWZ), which are an integral part of the SWZ.

3. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of the subject of the order in the quantities specified in the Price and Offer Forms for Lots No. 1 and 2 (Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ), and described in the Description of the subject of the contract – a list of minimum parameters for Lots No. 1 and 2 (Annexes No. 2 to the SWZ) being an integral part of the SWZ.

4. Equivalent tenders are not allowed.
