This procurement procedure targets the "Implementation of an ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform" on the Hardware Infrastructure necessary for the operation of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform, provided to the Contractor by the Contracting Entity for use (supplemented by that provided by the Provider, if applicable), with its administration being ensured exclusively by the Contracting Entity (administration by the Contracting Entity of the hardware infrastructure means: configurations, maintenance of hardware components, operating systems, and database server virtualization systems).
The implementation of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform will consist of, but not be limited to:
design, development, supply, installation, configuration, customization, integration with existing systems, testing, data migration or data transfer from existing databases, any data transformations and necessary conversion, or creation of master data (information found on other recording media), commissioning (putting into production) and transfer of the platform into the operational environment, professional training, delivery of documentation according to a deliverables plan approved by the Beneficiary, provision of services and support for the warranty period for the named platform, developed in a centralized architecture, which must be capable of processing and managing (in accordance with Chapter 4.2.3.1 of the Specifications) in the final configuration data coming from at least 1,300,000 insertion points, at least 1,000,000 assets, and at least 1,300,000 smart meters. The ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform will serve also at least 1.5 million existing consumption locations.
The integrated IT system resulting from this implementation, also called the ADVANCED ANALYTICS System, will be under the responsibility of the Contractor, who must guarantee the unique parameters defined for it.

The procurement scope will include the following objectives:
1) Provision of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform, including auxiliary software, consisting of standard software (operating systems and database software if applicable, communication programs and offered interfaces), utilities, and any other software necessary to run the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform on the HW Infrastructure provided by the Contracting Entity (supplemented by that provided by the Provider, if applicable) necessary for the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform.
2) Provision of implementation services as described and requested in this Specification at Chapter 4:
a) analysis and requirements identification, as well as detailed design of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS System (blueprint);
b) project planning and implementation;
c) installation and configuration of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform at the Contracting Entity's premises, as defined in the Specifications, on the hardware infrastructure provided by the Contracting Entity (supplemented by that provided by the Provider, if applicable);
d) interfacing and integration with the IT systems described in the specifications;
e) testing and acceptance;
f) operational support and stress testing of the integrated system;
g) commissioning (putting into operation) of software products;
h) personnel training;
i) software development and customization;
j) documentation delivery;
k) data migration, database population, for the proper functioning of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS system, if necessary depending on the Offeror's solution, based on the information described in detail in this Specification (volume, data exchange requested between ADVANCED ANALYTICS and existing systems, interfacing, etc.);
l) import of technical attributes of equipment and static network topology;
3) Provision of warranty services, including support and maintenance during the warranty period;
4) Assurance of free renewal of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform software version during the contract period, by providing, adapting, and installing new software versions (software upgrades), with a minimum frequency determined by changes in Platform characteristics (the frequency of change will depend on the appearance of new versions for all applications/modules, delivery must be coherently synchronized for the integrated application/platform).
5) Resolution of change requests that may arise anytime after the Detailed Design Stage until the end of the hypercare period.
