Contractor Qualification System - Construction Works.
1) Category: Construction Works - Low/High Voltage Energy Lines - 400 kV, 220 kV, 110 kV.
2) Category: Construction Works - Low/High Voltage Power Stations - 400/110 kV, 220/110 kV, 400/220/110 kV and busbars.
The Contractor Qualification System (hereinafter referred to as: the System) is conducted under the name “Construction Works”.
The System is managed via the Ordering Party's procurement platform at: https://przetargi.pse.pl.
The Ordering Party establishes the System for a period of 120 months from the date of submission of the Announcement on the establishment of the System to the Official Journal of the EU in the first and second Category.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the duration of the System, i.e., to terminate the System's operation before the expiration of the period for which it was established. In the event mentioned in the preceding sentence, the Ordering Party publishes an Announcement on the change of the System.
Applications for admission to participate in the System can be submitted at any time throughout the duration of the System.
Tender procedures for contract award that are not completed at the time of the System's expiration are still conducted according to the terms of the System if they were initiated during the duration of the System.
