The subject of the assignment is a public works concession concerning the redevelopment of the service areas in Waasmunster (E17 in both directions +/- km 80.2 to km 80.9), taking into account current needs such as ultra-fast chargers for passenger and freight transport. The service area refers to the zone along the highway where a number of basic services and products are offered to road users. A kiosk refers to a small (maximum approximately 250m² ground area “footprint” and tailored to the available space and plot shape) detached building with a limited operating offer.
