TASK I
Expansion of the ITS Opole system in a design-and-build formula
The subject of the order is the execution of the task titled: "Expansion of the ITS Opole system in a design-and-build formula" concerning territorial and functional expansion of the existing solution to improve traffic in both public and individual transport segments, in a wide scope within the Opole city area.
TASK II
Comprehensive maintenance of the existing ITS Opole system and expanded elements within TASK I
The scope of maintenance works pertains to the entirety of the existing and expanded infrastructure of the ITS Opole system, where the System's infrastructure includes all components of the Intelligent Transport System implemented in the city of Opole (according to the final documentation - Appendix No. 3.1. to the SOPZ), along with all elements of functional subsystems, including the entirety of physical, IT, virtual, etc. infrastructure, as well as all elements of the infrastructure of facilities with traffic lights constructed within other investment tasks and integrated into the System (according to the calculations in Appendix No. 4 to the SOPZ), along with the entirety of infrastructure and configuration of objects/devices connected to the System during its operation/use and the entirety of implemented configurations and settings regarding the integration with external systems and data sources.

Expansion/modernization of the ITS Opole system in a design-and-build formula
The subject of the order is the execution of the task titled: "Expansion of the ITS Opole system in a design-and-build formula" concerning territorial and functional expansion of the existing solution to improve traffic in both public and individual transport segments, in a wide scope within the Opole city area.
TASK IV
Comprehensive maintenance of the expanded elements of the ITS Opole system within the optional scope
The maintenance of the elements of the ITS Opole system expanded/modernized within the optional scope for a maximum period of 30 months (in words: thirty months) from the date of acceptance of a given part.
The order will be implemented under the regional program European Funds for Opolskie 2021-2027 under the Project "Safe transport in the Opole Agglomeration".

The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with the provisions of art. 133 sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law in conjunction with art. 18 sec. 4 of the act on Public Procurement, it cannot make part of the SWZ available on the website of the ongoing procedure due to the confidential nature of the information contained in the specified part of the SWZ.
The Ordering Party indicates that confidential information includes all places in the documentation blacked out in the documentation available at the aforementioned link, which pertains to: legally protected information, i.e.:
a) related to privacy protection, i.e. personal data protection and are not to be disclosed as part of the ongoing proceedings - this data is not necessary for the Ordering Party to properly describe the subject of the order and for the Contractors to prepare an offer,
b) related to the protection of classified information, covered by the "restricted" clause based on art. 5 sec. 4 of the act of August 5, 2010, on the protection of classified information (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1209), as unauthorized disclosure of this information may have a detrimental effect on public safety.
The documentation concerning the portion covered by the "restricted" clause will not be published on the website of the procedure, but will be made available to Contractors under the following conditions:
1) The documentation will be provided based on a request signed by persons authorized to represent the Contractor along with the submission of a declaration, which is Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, under the conditions specified in this Appendix;
2) The request referred to in point 1) should be submitted to the email address: zamowienia@mzd.opole.pl no later than by the end of the bidding period specified in Chapter 19 of the SWZ;
3) The Contractor will receive packaged documentation at the email address indicated in the request as a link to download the secured contents;
4) In the request, the Contractor will indicate the phone number to which the password for opening the documentation will be made available.
