Contract for the Renewal and Complete Overhaul of the System Infrastructure Dedicated to Video Protection.
The contract concerns the complete overhaul of the system infrastructure dedicated to the video protection device at the International Market of Rungis. It aims to ensure continuity, modernization, and performance of the installations related to video protection.
The services include:
• Execution study file:
o Analysis of the existing setup (hardware, network, users, Active Directory, security)
o Completion of execution studies (plans, calculation notes, addressing plans, etc.) and functional analysis (all configuration points of the dedicated infrastructure must be addressed in the functional analysis and be subject to specifications)
• Installation work execution
o Supply and installation of servers in the existing racks (cabling and labeling) - Base storage for 30 days and PCA 10 days
o Supply and configuration of the virtualization solution for the infrastructure
o Supply of server switches and interconnection modules
o Complete installation of the Milestone VMS and all its components – zero installation without taking over the existing setup,
o Resumption of Active Directory users and assignment of rights (the configuration of accounts and rights must be defined from the execution study phase)
o Integration and configuration of cameras
o Establishment of the PCA and configuration of automatic switches
o Migration process without data loss or service interruption (complete installation of the VMS in parallel with the existing setup)
o Removal and complete decontamination of existing infrastructure equipment no longer in use
o Conducting functionality tests (business scenarios, alarms, alerts, supervision)
o PCA switch, supervision, and redundancy tests
o Implementation of options PSE1 and PSE2
• Training services execution
o Training of technical teams in the operation and administration of the VMS
o Training of operational teams in the operation of the VMS
o Training of technical teams in backup operations
o Training of technical teams in first-level maintenance procedures
• Deliverables
o Delivery of complete documentation (technical, operational, architecture, PRA, maintenance)
o Creation of the executed works file (DOE)
The contractor commits to adhering to technical specifications, best practices, applicable standards, and current regulations. All services must be performed with a focus on functional optimization, sustainability of installations, and energy performance. Site interventions may be required during off-peak hours or at night, depending on the operational constraints of the site.
