1. The subject of the order is the installation of Renewable Energy Sources for the functioning of Katowickie Inwestycje S.A.
2. The order has been divided into four parts:
Part I – "Design, delivery, and installation of a photovoltaic system at the Zamenhofa sewage pumping station"
The subject of the order is to design, obtain all necessary permits and decisions, execute, install, prepare as-built documentation, and obtain the occupancy permit and connection of two photovoltaic installations with a power of 30 kWp (20 and 10 kWp) on the ground at the sewage pumping station located at Zamenhofa Street, along with conducting all inspections and tests required by the Ordering Party and relevant legal regulations that condition the commissioning and passing the system into operation.
Part II – "Design, delivery, and installation of a photovoltaic system at the Panewniki sewage treatment plant"
The subject of the order is to design, obtain all necessary permits and decisions, execute, install, prepare as-built documentation, and obtain the occupancy permit and connection of one photovoltaic installation with a power of 60.3 kWp on the ground for the Panewniki sewage treatment plant, along with conducting all inspections and tests required by the Ordering Party and relevant legal regulations that condition the commissioning and passing the system into operation.
Part III – "Design, delivery, and installation of a photovoltaic system at the Gigablok sewage treatment plant along with energy storage and energy management system (BMS)"
The subject of the order is to design, obtain all necessary permits and decisions, execute, install, prepare as-built documentation, and obtain the occupancy permit and connection of two photovoltaic installations with a power of 150.3 kWp and 350.1 kWp along with an energy storage system with a power of 50 kW and a capacity of 100 kWh and an energy management system (BMS) at the Gigablok sewage treatment plant, along with conducting all inspections and tests required by the Ordering Party, relevant legal regulations that condition the commissioning, and passing the system into operation.
Part IV – "Delivery and installation of a cogeneration unit for the Gigablok sewage treatment plant"
The subject of the order is the delivery and installation along with performing the necessary construction connection works of a cogeneration unit with a power of 400 kW to be installed in the existing technical building, as well as conducting all inspections and tests required by the Ordering Party and relevant legal regulations that condition the commissioning and passing the system into operation.
3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order for Parts I, II, III, and IV can be found in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility for the Contractor to conduct a site visit to the facility related to the order. Conducting a site visit is not a mandatory requirement and does not result in the rejection of the offer based on Article 226(1)(18) in conjunction with Article 266 of the uPzp Act. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of an offer after the site visit referred to in Article 131(2).
