In compliance with the principles of necessity, suitability, and efficiency established in Article 28 of the LCSP, the nature and extent of the needs to be covered by the awarding of this contract fall within the scope of the functions and competencies assigned to this Management Center, precisely determining the suitability of the object and content of the contract in the Technical Specifications Document.
It is necessary to develop training actions in digital skills related to tourism in Castilla y León that are of interest to people linked to the tourism sector in Castilla y León.
For the purposes of the provisions of Agreement 82/2020, of November 12, by the Junta de Castilla y León, which approves binding guidelines for promoting social responsibility in public spending by the General Administration and Institutional Administration of the Community of Castilla y León, the object of this contract is also linked to the achievement of the following objectives:
Social objectives: Promote job stability and reduce unemployment for groups facing the greatest difficulties in accessing the labor market, by incorporating a special execution condition for this purpose.
Environmental objectives: Promote environmental protection by incorporating a special execution condition for this purpose.
