The subject of the public procurement is eHealth and interoperability of the Rheumatology Institute in Prague as part of the project eHealth and interoperability of the Rheumatology Institute in Prague, CZ.31.1.0/0.0/0.0/23_088/0011188. The project involves delivering and implementing a solution as detailed in the attachment of this tender documentation (Technical Specification), which includes, in particular, the modernization and expansion of functionalities of the hospital information system, laboratory information system, PACS system, long-term electronic archive of medical documentation, and patient portal, including ensuring interoperability with eHealth systems and integration interfaces according to the standards defined in the Technical Specification, all within the project eHealth and interoperability of the Rheumatology Institute in Prague. The objective of the public procurement is the electronic (digital) transformation of medical documentation and processes in the provision of health services, increasing the primary and secondary use of data, and improving interoperability through exchange systems, i.e., sharing standardized electronic medical documentation within the electronic health system of the Czech Republic (exchange networks and affinity domains at the level of regions, counties, communities of healthcare providers, or the entire Czech Republic) and cross-border exchange of medical documentation (National Contact Point for eHealth (NCPeH) and digital health service infrastructure (eHDSI) of EU member states), as well as the utilization of central digital services and registers of e-health (Integrated Health Data Interface (IDRR)) as essential conditions for interoperability and electronic health, and furthermore, the automated electronic transmission of data to national health registries and information systems NZIS and public health protection. The detailed technical specification of the subject of the public procurement with the required minimum technical parameters is stated in Appendix no. 4 of the tender documentation – Technical Specification and in the Draft License and Work Contract as Appendix no. 3. The mentioned specification is binding for the fulfillment of the subject of this public procurement (hereinafter referred to as "subject of public procurement"). Each item of the delivered subject of performance must be new, must be intended for the Czech (EU) market, and must be fully supported by the manufacturer's service center.
