The type of consultants requested under this framework agreement varies from time to time and depends on the specific task. For further details regarding the tasks in the individual roles, reference is made to the annexes of the tender material, specifically annex 2: “Service Description”, as well as annex 2B: “Role Descriptions”.
The tasks will be organized from time to time depending on the nature, scope, timing, prioritization, resource needs, etc., and requested based on annex 1D: “Consultant Order”.
The offered framework agreement has a duration of 4 years. The framework agreement may be extended for 2x24 months.
The scope of the framework agreement is expected to amount to 68 consultants annually, with a maximum of 130 consultants per year. The consumption will be accounted per resource. The volume can only be considered as an estimate and is therefore not binding for the contracting authority.
The contracting authority commits to procure a minimum of 16,000 consulting hours per year under this framework agreement. The bidder commits to provide a minimum of 32,000 consulting hours per year. The 32,000 hours are an obligation in line with the contracting authority's forecast according to the terms of the framework agreement.
