The subject scope of this public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1: Designing – preparation of investment projects in the phase of "technical project", in accordance with Regulation No. 4 of 21.05.2001 for the scope and content of investment projects, the Spatial Development Act, and the subordinate legislative acts applying it. Activity 2: Construction/works – execution of construction and installation works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the completion of construction, in accordance with regulatory requirements and the requirements of the Contracting Authority. Activity 3: Author's supervision – exercising author's supervision during the execution of the construction/object. Complete information regarding the scope, volume, and technical requirements for the execution of the public procurement is described and regulated in the "Technical specifications", the energy efficiency survey, and the architectural survey for the object, which are an integral part of the participation documentation.
