The subject of the order /CPV Code: 34144910-0; 31158000-8/ is the production, delivery, issuance, and transfer by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of ownership rights and the provision of warranty service for brand new:
a) 6 pieces of standard city buses (MAXI) powered by electric energy, low-floor,
b) 5 pieces of articulated city buses (MEGA) powered by electric energy, low-floor.
The scope of the basic order also includes the delivery of chargers.
The detailed scope and rules for delivering the subject of the basic order as well as the options are specified in the SWZ, the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) which constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, and the provisions of the template contract which constitutes Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option right, consisting of extending the order by 7 pieces of buses and 4 pieces of wired chargers.
