1) The subject of the contract is the extension of the existing PACS/RIS system with the following modules and functionalities:
- expansion of the PACS system to the PACS-VNA/RIS solution
- extension of the system with a description system for radiological examinations supported by LLM along with granting a temporary transcription license for examination descriptions
- expansion of the PACS/RIS integration with a connection to the Intelligent Services Platform (PUI) in HL7 / FHIR standards
- expansion of the system with mechanisms for creating backups of diagnostic examinations
- expansion of the PACS license to 100TB
- delivery of 2 tape libraries.
2) The contracting authority requires a warranty and support for the entire subject of the contract for a period of 36 months.
3) The description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the agreement.
4) The subject of the contract is co-financed from the resources of the program: National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan within the component Investment D1.1.2 "Acceleration of the digital health transformation processes through further development of digital health services,” which is part of component D "Efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the health care system" (Call No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25)
5) Detailed description of the conditions for the execution of the subject of the contract is specified in the template agreement, which is Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ.
