Istekki Oy invites applications for participation in a dynamic procurement system (DPS) that focuses on Artificial Intelligence and Automation Solutions and Related Services 2026-2033.
The subject of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its attachments, particularly in the attachment regarding the subject of the Dynamic Procurement System.
The dynamic procurement system is divided into 5 different lots (sub-areas):
A candidate can apply for lots 1-5.
Any candidates meeting the qualification requirements specified in the ESPD form and the invitation to participate may apply to the dynamic procurement system. All candidates that meet the established qualification requirements will be accepted into the dynamic procurement system. All interested candidates may request the right to participate in the dynamic procurement system throughout its duration. There is no limit to the number of candidates that can be accepted into the dynamic procurement system. A candidate applies to the dynamic procurement system by submitting a participation application.
Istekki Oy may choose to shorten or extend the duration of the dynamic procurement system by publishing a procurement announcement. Istekki Oy may also increase the value of the procurement by publishing a procurement announcement. In addition, Istekki Oy reserves the right to temporarily close the submission of participation applications to the dynamic procurement system during its validity period (e.g., holiday periods). During this time, no tenders will be organized within the dynamic procurement system.
