The subject of this tender is the general planning of a hydrothermal doublet based on service phases 2 to 4 of the HOAI and the specifications of the AHO publication No. 30 for the underground facility, as well as service phases 1 to 4 of the HOAI and the specifications of the AHO publication No. 30 for the above-ground facility, the connection of the system to the district heating network based on service phases 1 to 4 of the HOAI, and a PV system and its integration into the geothermal facility via a power line based on service phases 1 to 4 of the HOAI.

Rheinsberg Municipal Utilities GmbH: Planning Services for Geothermal District Heating PV System.
Rheinsberg Municipal Utilities GmbH plans to construct a hydrogeothermal facility based on an existing, currently unused thermal water well from 1995. A feasibility study from 2023 has identified the possibility of forming a geothermal doublet system by reactivating an existing production well and drilling a reinjection well at the same site, as well as connecting both wells through an above-ground thermal water circuit. The feasibility study forms the basis for the planning services to be provided. The present tender thus concerns service phases 2-4 according to the HOAI; however, for the above-ground facility, it encompasses phases 1-4. As part of the district heating transformation plan of Rheinsberg Municipal Utilities dated 13.11.2024, the heating network of the utilities was examined, and various packages of measures were defined, also including the results of the feasibility study on geothermal energy. A new energy center is to be constructed at the drilling site and connected to the existing district heating network of Rheinsberg Municipal Utilities. Additionally, the construction and connection of a photovoltaic system to the geothermal facility for the self-supply of the energy center is planned. A suitable area for this PV ground-mounted facility is located near the proposed site. The planning services for the connection to the heating network, as well as the construction and connection of the PV system, pertain to service phases 1-4 according to the HOAI.
