Description:
The contracting authority seeks to establish a framework agreement for environmental adviser services focused on engineering design for restoration measures, environmental surveys, and habitat mapping, with a particular emphasis on waterways and local ecosystems.

The contracting authority needs to enter into a parallel framework agreement based on NS 8402 for environmental adviser services.
The aim is to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for engineering design of restoration measures in nature, environmental surveys and nature and habitat mapping. The agreement mainly includes assignments related to restoration and habitat improvement measures in waterways, but there will also be some need for onshore nature types mapping. Tenderers must therefore offer resources with good knowledge of nature and ecosystems on land and in fresh water, which is typical of the region that Sandnes kommune is in.
There is an estimated need for assistance in the following areas:

- Engineering design services for restoration and habitat improvement measures in waterways.
- Preparation of plant plan
- Assistance with project implementation in the field /manage executing restoration work.
- Habitat mapping
- Environmental surveys
- Nature type mapping (in accordance with the Norwegian Environment Agency ́s instructions - NiN)
- Preparation of reports and work drawings.
- Professional advice for a project manager.
