The subject of the contract is the supply by the Contractor of equipment for pathological diagnostics, including: task no. 1 – supply of two tissue processors, task no. 2 – supply of an embedding machine, task no. 3 – supply of two staining machines, task no. 4 – supply of two coverslippers, task no. 5 – supply of two microtomes, task no. 6 – supply of two cassette printers, task no. 7 – supply of two slide printers (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the Technical Parameters Specification which is Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and according to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement which is Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The purchase by the Ordering Party of the equipment referred to in paragraph 1 will be made under the agreement concluded with the State Treasury Minister of Health for the implementation of the multi-annual program entitled “National Oncology Strategy” regarding the purchase of specialist equipment (hereinafter referred to as the grant agreement). The Ordering Party informs that in this procedure conducted under the open tender procedure, it intends to apply the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law. Using the mentioned procedure, the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers and then qualify the Contractor whose offer has been evaluated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of participation conditions in the procedure.

Task No. 1
Task No. 1 – Supply of two tissue processors.
The subject of the contract is the supply by the Contractor of equipment for pathological diagnostics, including: task no. 1 – supply of two tissue processors (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the Technical Parameters Specification which is Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and according to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement which is Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
