The subject of the contract is the supply of 21 brand new fully low-floor zero-emission buses powered by electricity divided into 2 tasks:
Task No. 1:
Supply of 9 (nine) articulated MEGA class buses along with the bus charging infrastructure - 2 fast charging pantographic positions, 1 slow charging system for 9 buses, 1 mobile Plug-In charger;
Task No. 2:
Supply of 12 (twelve) MAXI class solo buses along with the bus charging infrastructure - 1 fast charging pantographic position, 12 mobile Plug-In chargers.
The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the requirements, and the expectations of the Contracting Authority include: 1) Contract Templates – WU (Appendix 1 to SWZ) for Task No. 1 and Task No. 2, 2) Description of the Subject of the Contract for Task No. 1 and 2 (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ) - which constitute an integral part of the Specifications of Contract Conditions (SWZ).

The subject of the contract is:
Supply of 9 (nine) MEGA class articulated buses along with the bus charging infrastructure - 2 fast charging pantographic positions, 1 slow charging system for 9 buses, 1 mobile Plug-In charger;
As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is also to:
1) grant the Contracting Authority rights of an Authorized Service Station for the servicing and repair of the delivered EV buses, in accordance with the conditions specified in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ);
2) conduct training for the Contracting Authority's employees in the scope referred to in point 6 of Appendix No. 2.1a to OPZ according to the conditions specified in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ) and in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ);
3) provide the Contracting Authority with the necessary instructions, catalogs, specifications, technical documentation, and other required materials related to the subject of the contract, specified in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ) and in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ) and deliver them along with licenses to use this documentation;
4) supply the necessary software and systems referred to in the Appendices to the Description of the Subject of the Contract (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ), along with documentation and licenses.
