Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System, the subject of which is to ensure the supply of additives and chemicals necessary for the operation of the water treatment system operated by the contracting authority. The contracting authority will detail the types of products for which it intends to establish a DPS in the public procurement document. During the implementation of the DPS (second phase of the DPS), the contracting authority will make available the precise quantity expectations and contractual conditions for specific procurements to be implemented in the system to the bidders admitted to the DPS, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to tender, based on Paragraph (2) of Article 107 of the Public Procurement Act. The Dynamic Purchasing System will last for 36 months from its establishment, during which it is planned to send an invitation to tender monthly, with an individual estimated quantity of approximately 1500 kg or l. The contracting authority will not specify lots during the participation phase but will inform that it will provide the possibility for partial bids during the individual procedures (second phase) if the technical-economic conditions are met.
