1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a workstation along with software for professional audiovisual production, specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”. The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2024), and possess appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service for the equipment. 2) The scope of the order includes: the purchase and delivery of the equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters along with unloading and carrying to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 4) The deadline for the execution of the order is up to 20 days from the date of receipt of the order. The contractor may shorten the execution time compared to the required deadline indicated in point 4. An offer proposing a shortened execution time will receive points in the evaluation of offers based on the criterion of selecting the most advantageous offer. 5) Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Supply Management Department, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice; 6) Required minimum warranty period: 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. 7) Detailed conditions for the execution of the order and payment conditions are included in the contractual template which constitutes Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 8) Changes to the provisions of the concluded Agreement regarding the content of the offer based on which the Contractor was selected, resulting from the provisions of Article 455 paragraph 1 point 1) of the Pzp Act, may occur in the circumstances provided for in paragraph 10 paragraph 2 of the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ). 9) The contractor may submit only one offer in this proceedings;
