1. The subject of the Order is the implementation and provision of the SOC (Security Operations Center) service aimed at countering cyberattacks, strengthening the resilience of the networks and telecommunication systems of the University of Gdańsk, hereinafter referred to as the ‘SOC service’.
2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification code: 72253200-5 - system support services.
3. The place of execution of the order is the IT Center of the University of Gdańsk located at Jana Bażyńskiego Street 8, 80-309 Gdańsk.
4. The order includes:
1) Stage 1 - audit of the infrastructure (hardware and software) of the Ordering Party, i.e., a comprehensive cybersecurity audit consisting of checking operational compliance in the area of cybersecurity requirements, with particular emphasis on compliance with the requirements of the European Parliament and Council Directive (EU) 2022/2555 of December 14, 2022 (NIS2, Directive) and national law,
2) Stage 2 - implementation of the SOC system, i.e., launching and implementing a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) class system and accompanying services as well as an XDR/EDR system,
3) Stage 3 - provision of SOC service, i.e., performing actions during the term of the contract aimed at countering cyberattacks, strengthening the resilience of the networks and telecommunication systems of the University of Gdańsk covered by this order and providing training on operating the SIEM class system for the employees of the Ordering Party.
5. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the stages of its implementation is specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
6. Requirements regarding the employment of persons by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code (consolidated text: Dz. U. from 2025, item 277, as amended), are contained in § 13 of the draft agreement - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
