The HafenCity Hamburg GmbH is planning the realization of an office building in timber skeleton construction at the site "Am Dalmannkai" as a zero-emission office building with a total gross floor area of approximately 8,600 m². The zero-emission office building is to be CO2-neutral in the overall balance of construction, operation, and deconstruction. The innovative overall concept serves as a regional lighthouse project, demonstrating the feasibility of a climate-neutral office building with contemporary comfort and flexibility and aims for the certification of the HafenCity Environmental Label Platinum Plus. The building material wood will be used both constructively and aesthetically. Extensive facade and roof greening make an important contribution to the microclimate and provide high quality for the urban space. This tender concerns construction services for high voltage and on-site power supply systems. The specifications can be found in the tender documents along with annexes. The specifications include optional services, which are marked as such. Maintenance work is also an optional service. Here, the contracting authority reserves the right to commission the services or not. The evaluation of the offer price is based on the total offer sum including options. A site inspection will be offered to bidders within the bidding period (from 05.01.2026).
