The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of medical equipment as part of the implementation of the project titled 'Equipping the Voivodeship Integrated Hospital in Kielce with Medical Equipment for Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Oncological Diseases' for the needs of the Operating Room and the Imaging Diagnostics Department, namely: Operating table – 1 set, Surgical instruments set – 3 sets, Ultrasound – 5 sets. The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the 'do no significant harm' principle (DNSH) in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of June 18, 2020. This principle applies in connection with the financing of the order under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The DNSH principle means that at no stage of the execution of the order – from production, through delivery, use, to potential disposal – significant harm to EU environmental objectives may occur, namely: Climate change mitigation, Climate change adaptation, Sustainable management of water and marine resources, Circular economy (CE), Pollution prevention and control, Protection of biodiversity and ecosystems. A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantities is specified in Annexes 2.1-2.6 to the SWZ – a summary of technical-functional parameters, respectively for Packages 1-6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriately modify the draft provisions of the contract concerning public procurement if one contractor is awarded a public procurement for more than one task of this procedure. By medical products subject to the order, one should understand medical products in the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022, on medical products (Journal of Laws 2024.1620 consolidated text).
