Description:
The contract involves supplying and implementing an AI-based software platform to optimize and automate processes for the contracting authority, including necessary licenses, configuration, user training, and ongoing technical support.

The object of the contract is the supply, implementation, configuration, commissioning, and, where applicable, user training for a software platform based on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, intended to optimize and automate the specific processes of the contracting authority's activity.
The solution will include the necessary licenses, implementation, configuration, and integration services with existing systems, as well as technical support and maintenance services during the period provided in the tender documentation. The platform must allow the use of AI-based functionalities for analyzing, processing, and managing information, in accordance with the technical and functional requirements set out in the specifications.
Number of days in which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/applications: 18 days. The contracting authority's response time for requests for clarifications/additional information - the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. (Basis: according to art. 160-161 of Law no. 98/2016).

The procurement concerns the supply, implementation, configuration, and commissioning of a software solution based on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, intended to support and optimize the activities carried out by the contracting authority through process automation, information analysis and processing, as well as assisting users in performing specific activities.
The contract includes, as applicable:
- supply of the necessary software licenses;
- implementation and configuration of the solution within the contracting authority's infrastructure, according to the requirements of the specifications;
- testing and commissioning of the solution;
- training of personnel designated by the contracting authority;
- provision of technical support, maintenance, and software updates services during the contract period.
