The subject of the procurement is the preparation of project-technical documentation and the construction of new infrastructure for charging electric city low-floor buses in the garage-parking space of the Client according to the 'turnkey' principle (eng. Design & Build). The procurement subject is not divided into groups as it is being procured on a 'turnkey' basis. The execution of the contract includes the service of preparing complete project-technical documentation, goods (equipment), and works, and the contract is executed on the 'turnkey' principle, in accordance with Article 630 of the ZOO until full functionality of the respective construction. The selected bidder is obligated to carry out all necessary work for the use of the construction. The subject of the procurement includes the preparation of detailed project-technical documentation for the construction of the infrastructure, including obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, in accordance with regulations in the field of spatial planning and construction.
