Framework Agreement for Services on Climate Protection Contribution 2026-2030 (FB Climate).
This procurement procedure is intended to procure services on climate protection contribution as requested for separate local projects and operations on federal highways within the network of the Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, Niederlassung Ost, Magdeburger Straße 51, 06112 Halle (Saale) (Client (AG)).

The call-off of the services provided will occur within the framework of a mini-competition, where all bidders (AN) are invited to submit a project-specific offer based on the framework agreement. The bidder with the most economically advantageous offer will be awarded the contract for the requested service.

The quantities were determined for 42 separate local projects and a contract duration of four years. The actual billing quantities for each project will result from the offer submitted in the mini-competition, which must be project-specific.

The unit price agreed in the framework agreement remains valid regardless of the billing quantity as a maximum amount. The unit price may not exceed that of the framework agreement in the mini-competition.

There is no entitlement on the part of the contractor (AN) to call off a guaranteed quantity of individual services.
