The public contract consists of these three parts: Part 1) - Acquisition of technologies for server rooms The subject of this part of the public contract is the comprehensive delivery, professional implementation and subsequent commissioning of a complete technological solution for the expansion and enhancement of the existing data center infrastructure, both at the physical and technological levels. Specifically, this involves the installation and integration of elements of physical infrastructure, a modern air conditioning system, a backup power supply, a camera system for monitoring and security purposes, fire safety systems, and the establishment of an optical connection with a dedicated backup server room, which will ensure high availability and continuity of operation.
Part 2) – Acquisition of network technologies The subject of this part of the public contract is the delivery, implementation, and commissioning of a complete solution to enhance the security of access to the LAN network and modernize the backbone and access network infrastructure. This includes the replacement of active elements in both the access and backbone layers, deployment of a network access control (NAC) system with support for IEEE 802.1X and delivery of centralized switch management in the form of cloud management. In the access layer, new switches will be deployed (2 backbone switches and 7 access switches), which will ensure secure connections of end devices using IEEE 802.1X authentication and authorization.
Part 3) – Delivery and implementation of security and monitoring software The subject of this part of the public contract is the delivery, implementation and commissioning of powerful servers to enhance the availability of systems, strengthen computational performance by providing two high-performance rack servers and an enterprise All Flash disk array. The goal is to expand the computational and storage capacity of the hospital infrastructure with a focus on high performance, redundancy, scalability, advanced management and security features, including support for virtualization, high availability, and data services. Furthermore, delivery, implementation and commissioning of a complete solution for securing the organization's perimeter, managing security policies, and detecting cyber threats are included. This includes the deployment of a high-availability firewall cluster, a centralized security event management system, and training of responsible personnel. Lastly, delivery and installation of a system for centralized log collection and deployment and installation of hardware and software that forms a complete solution for long-term and detailed monitoring and evaluation of network traffic using data flows (NetFlow, IPFIX, sFlow, etc.).
