The subject of a public contract in research, development and innovation is to obtain a design solution of the project framework in the form of a competitive dialogue on services in applied research, development or innovation up to forms of a realizable project that will have the attributes of applied research, experimental development or innovation. The project framework is directed to the definition of a project prepared by the provider within the meaning of Section 2 (2) (h) of the ZPVV.
The project deals with the assessment of the significance of the impacts of investment and non-investment projects on Natura 2000 sites. Its main objective is to create a certified methodology on the basis of which authorized persons will assess the significance of the loss of natural habitats and habitats of species when assessing the impacts of projects pursuant to Section 45i of the Act on Nature and Landscape Protection, both as a result of the given plan and with the accumulation of other impacts (including so-called non-significant influences) of other projects, including those implemented in the past.
