Within this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude the contract for the Design, supply, installation and commissioning of electric vehicle charging stations, under project no. C10-I4-651, entitled 'Steps Towards Smart-City in the municipality of Dej'. A technical project is required for the realization, supply, installation and commissioning of 10 electric vehicle charging stations located in the following parking areas:

Desired stations: 1 fast station with 2 outlets and 1 slow station with 2 outlets.
2. Parking on str. C.D. Gherea
Desired stations: 1 fast station with 2 outlets and 1 slow station with 2 outlets.
3. Parking P-ța 16 Februarie
Desired stations: 1 mixed station with 2 outlets, one slow and one fast. The maximum distance from the connection point to the station site is 30 m.
4. Parking Agro-food Market
Desired stations: 2 slow stations, each with 2 outlets. For this location, a power supply point owned by the municipality of Dej, with the possibility of connecting the stations.
5. Parking on str. N. Titulescu
Desired stations: 2 slow stations, each with 2 outlets. For this location, a power supply point owned by the municipality of Dej, with the possibility of connecting the stations. The maximum distance from the connection point to the station site is 30 m.
6. Parking block UM (former central - CT8)
Desired stations: 1 slow station, with 2 outlets.
For this location, a power supply point owned by the municipality of Dej, with the possibility of connecting the stations. The maximum distance from the connection point to the station site is 25 m.

Detailed information regarding the equipment and devices to be purchased is included in the specifications provided by the contracting authority within the online open auction, which will be carried out on SEAP. The total value of the supply contract subject to this procedure is 1,230,675 lei excluding VAT.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 15th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Regarding requests for clarifications received after the above-mentioned deadline, the contracting authority reserves the right not to provide a response.

Within this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to Design, supply, install and commission electric vehicle charging stations, under project no. C10-I4-651, entitled 'Steps Towards Smart-City in the municipality of Dej'.
The municipality of Dej implements the project C10-I4-651 - 'Steps Towards Smart-City in the municipality of Dej' as a Beneficiary, financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan within the project calls PNRR/2022/C10, component 10. The supply contract will be concluded for a maximum period of 2 months. During this period, the design, supply, execution of works, installation and commissioning of the electric vehicle charging stations subject to the procurement procedure will take place. The installation and commissioning will be ensured as well as the training of the designated personnel.
