1. The subject of the order includes:
1) successive deliveries of 5 brand new urban buses (hereinafter referred to as "buses"), low-floor, with electric drive, with a total length ranging from 11.8 meters to 12.25 meters, hereinafter referred to as "zero-emission buses EV12" or "buses EV12" or "three-axle buses",
2) successive deliveries (delivery, installation, connection, and initial start-up) of 3 brand new, mobile, wired chargers, dual-station with a power equal to or greater than 80 kW (2x40 kW), hereinafter referred to as "Plug-in chargers 80 kW", "chargers 80kW" or "chargers",
3) warranty and post-warranty service: buses, chargers, as well as technical support and training.
2. Formal requirements that the offered subject of the order must meet, detailed requirements, technical parameters, equipment, and warranty and service conditions that the offered subject of the order must meet and possess are included in:
1) Appendix No. 10.1 to the SWZ - concerning buses EV12,
2) Appendix No. 10.2 to the SWZ - concerning Plug-in chargers 80kW.
