The subject of the order is the successional delivery of reagents, controls, fluids, and accessories along with the rental of equipment for conducting tests in the field of transfusion immunology and microbiology at the Laboratory Diagnostics Department for a period of 36 months. The contracting authority divides the order into parts, which are called packages. Number of packages – 2.
Package No. 1 – Rental of a microbiological analyzer for the identification and determination of the drug sensitivity of microorganisms, tests for the identification and determination of the drug sensitivity of microorganisms used with the microbiological analyzer, microbiological media, reagents, tests for the identification of microorganisms for the Vitek MS Prime device, which is the property of the contracting authority, rental of a device for monitoring blood cultures and other sterile body fluids, and media for growing microorganisms from blood and body fluids used along with the device, as well as rental of a device for diagnosing systemic infections using multiplex PCR, diagnostic tests for use with the device.
Package No. 2 – Successional delivery of cards, reagents for testing, reagents for conservation, control materials and consumables, along with the rental of the main analyzer and backup for conducting tests in the field of transfusion immunology at the Laboratory Diagnostics Department. Detailed and precise description of the subject of the order (size, scope, type and quantity) is in attachment No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as: SWZ).
The contracting authority requires remote service diagnostics via a secured internet connection (remote connection to the analyzer via the Contractor's software), which will allow for quick technical and substantive assistance to laboratory staff and conducting necessary updates. Each remote access to the analyzer will take place after prior agreement with the laboratory manager/user of the device and requires their acceptance. The contracting authority requires that all remote service actions be carried out in compliance with legal requirements regarding the entrustment and processing of personal data.
