Description:
The project involves developing and updating software modules for clinical data and interoperability, as well as non-clinical software systems to enhance the digitization process at the hospital.

The objective of this procurement procedure: the implementation of new modules, updating or expanding existing software modules related to clinical data and interoperability, as well as the implementation of new systems, updating or expanding non-clinical software modules related to the operation of the health unit. The contractor will develop, supply, and install the software product necessary for the expansion of the digitization process, having the minimum characteristics/specifications specified in the terms of reference. Delivery will be made according to the requirements included in the terms of reference. The validity period of the contract is the period from the date of signing it to the date when the minimum requested warranty period expires, i.e., the duration of service provision, training, acceptance, as well as payment - 75 days, to which a minimum of 60 months warranty period is added. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/). Under the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation. The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and comprehensively to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
