The subject of the order is the expansion of the HIS system, digitization of medical documentation, delivery of data processing infrastructure, and software for enhancing cybersecurity for "Kutno Municipal Hospital" Sp. z o.o., which includes:
I. Task No. 1:
1. INTEGRATION AND EXPANSION OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER'S INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Planned scope of work necessary to achieve the set goal:
1) Purchase or expansion or integration of hospital systems.
Expansion of the HIS system - 1 unit.
2) Integration of hospital systems with P1.
Integration of new EDM documents with P1 - 1 unit.
3) Purchase of ICT equipment for hospital computerization or digitization: servers, storage systems, network switches, workstations, mobile devices, e-ID readers, signature collection tools.
a) Access licenses for the authentication system - 250 units.
b) Storage system.
c) Virtualization server 3 units.
d) Database server - 2 units.
e) Workstations Type 1 - 97 units.
f) Workstations Type 2 - 3 units.
g) Portable computers - 3 units.
2. DIGITIZATION OF MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION ESSENTIAL FOR TREATMENT AND PREVENTION
The achievement of the goal will be possible through the realization of the following scope of work:
1) Purchase of equipment for digitizing paper documentation including an information card:
a) Software for digitizing patient consents.
b) Digitization of medical documentation.
c) Scanner 1 unit.
3. ACTIONS TO INCREASE THE HOSPITAL'S CYBERSECURITY LEVEL
Planned scope of work necessary to achieve the set goal:
a) Expansion of the Backup system licenses.
b) Network segmentation: Core switches - 2 units.
c) Information security management system: implementation of 9 policies.
d) Training for management and medical and administrative personnel: Cybersecurity training.
e) Managed security services: SOC service for 36 months.
f) Security tests.
4. IMPLEMENTATION OF AI SOLUTIONS AND CONNECTION TO A CENTRAL MEDICAL DATA REPOSITORY
Planned scope of work necessary to achieve the set goal:
1) Integration and data exchange with the intelligent services platform (PUI) in the field of AI, supporting the physician's diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making process: PACS/RIS interface - PUI.

II. Task No. 2 - Extension of the contractor's existing ESET software subscription for an additional 36 months and changing the ESET PROTECT Enterprise ON-PREM license to ESET PROTECT Enterprise while simultaneously changing the number of protected positions from 220 to 250.

III. Task No. 3 – Purchase of licenses for email archiving software for 250 mailboxes with support for 36 months.

IV. Task No. 4 - Renewal of support service for Segura PAM Core software for 6 users for 36 months.
