Note: The deadline by which economic operators can submit requests for clarification as mentioned in section I.3 is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. As long as the requests for clarification have been addressed within the specified time frame in the documentation, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. For clarification requests received after the indicated deadline, the contracting authority reserves the right not to provide a response.
