1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled: „SOC Service for Monitoring Network and Server Infrastructure in the Hospital” as part of the project entitled: „Implementation of e-services at CSK UM in Łódź”.
2. Due to the extensive description, detailed information about the subject of the contract and delivery details are particularly included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
2. The contractor is required to attach to the OFFER – Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ “Technical Parameters” completed according to the requirements of the Ordering Party.
3. Failure to submit Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ constitutes a lack of the possibility to assess the offer and thus a basis for rejecting the offer from the proceedings.
