1. The subject of the order is the expansion of storage space for imaging data for the PACS server as part of the project entitled "Improving Access to E-Health Services and Digitization of Treatment Processes at the Oncology Center of Lublin Land Named After Saint John of Dukla to Achieve Full Functionality and Ensure Comprehensive, Highly Specialized Diagnostics and Treatment of Oncology Patients." The Ordering Party has not divided the order into parts due to the fact that the subject order creates an inseparable whole in terms of technical, organizational, and economic aspects. This decision will not disrupt competition by limiting smaller entities, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, from applying for the order. The subject of the order and its size correspond to the capabilities of entities in the SME sector. The decision has been verified in terms of functionality and applied execution methods, and the structure of potential contractors in the relevant market for the subject order has been taken into account.
2. As part of the implementation of the subject order, the Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order along with the required documents specified in the SWZ to the Ordering Party's headquarters;
