The supplies within the individual awarded public contracts may also include installation, commissioning at the place of performance, and delivery of documents relating to the goods. The subject of individual public contracts awarded in the DPS, including technical, commercial, and contractual conditions, will always be defined in the invitation to submit offers according to § 141 of the law. Sub-public contracts may be financed from Operational Programs funded by EU resources. This fact will be stated in the procurement documentation of the sub-public contracts in the established DPS.
