The Centre for Advanced Laser Applications ("CALA") at the High-Tech Research Campus in Garching is seeking a qualified proteomics company ("Contractor") to perform high-throughput quantitative proteomics analyses of human plasma samples at CALA as part of this procurement procedure. The aim of this project is to identify and quantify proteins associated with healthy aging in a large cohort of clinical samples (approximately n = 100,000).

Protein analyses.
A company with proven expertise in high-throughput plasma proteomics and robust quality control procedures is sought as the Contractor, which is capable of analyzing human plasma samples and which will assist CALA in establishing its own independent proteomics laboratory by the end of the contract period. The Contractor's scope of services particularly includes the establishment of a proteomics laboratory in the premises of CALA, the performance of high-throughput proteomics analyses, as well as the required sample and data management.
