The purpose of this consultation is to conduct energy audits and energy performance diagnostics (2 lots) to meet the needs of SICTIAM’s members and contracted structures. The detailed description of the services is specified in the Special Technical Conditions Specifications (CCTP) for each lot.

LOT-0001
Energy audits of public buildings.
The purpose of this lot is to conduct energy audits of public buildings to meet the needs of SICTIAM’s members and contracted structures. The detailed description of the services is specified in the Special Technical Conditions Specifications (CCTP) of lot 1. The contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with a single contractor, executed through the issuance of purchase orders based on the unit prices defined in the Contractor's Unit Price Schedule (BPU). The detailed terms of the framework agreement are specified in the Special Administrative Conditions Specifications (CCAP). The maximum amount of orders for the total duration of execution of the framework agreement, including renewals, is 1,000,000 euros excluding taxes.

Energy performance diagnostics of public buildings.
The purpose of this lot is to conduct energy performance diagnostics of public buildings to meet the needs of SICTIAM’s members and contracted structures. The detailed description of the services is specified in the Special Technical Conditions Specifications (CCTP) of lot 2. The contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with a single contractor, executed through the issuance of purchase orders based on the unit prices defined in the Contractor's Unit Price Schedule (BPU). The detailed terms of the framework agreement are specified in the Special Administrative Conditions Specifications (CCAP). The maximum amount of orders for the total duration of execution of the framework agreement, including renewals, is 100,000 euros excluding taxes. The services of Lot 2 must be mandatorily conducted by diagnosticians holding the following current regulatory certifications: - Certification “DPE by building, buildings for use other than residential” - And Certification “Individual DPE” The contractor shall necessarily provide these certifications in their offer.
