1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the currently operated Hospital Information System (HIS) with new modules and functionalities and integration with the systems currently used by the Ordering Party within the project titled “Digital Transformation of the Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital named after Wiktor Dega of the Medical University of Karol Marcinkowski in the field of collecting and processing medical data, digitization of medical documentation, cybersecurity, and AI-assisted analyses in the healing activities”, as part of Investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare”, which is a component of Component D “Efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the healthcare system”. 2. The project is implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), co-financed from the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) of the European NextGenerationEU fund, project number: KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0001/25. 3. The subject of the order includes: a. Delivery of the HIS system in the configuration of functional modules: Doctor's Dashboard, Ambulatory Dashboard, Nurse Dashboard with work time schedules, Registration Dashboard, Operating Room, Drug Prescription, Expansion of the EDM interface (EDM interface modification), EDM Exchange Module (EDM Gateway). b. Expansion module for the hospital's information system for EDM indexing in the P1 system. c. Integration of the Hospital with the Intelligent Services Platform regarding medical imaging data and AI-assisted analysis results. d. Integration of medical imaging diagnostic devices with the PACS system. e. Maintenance of the HIS system in the expanded scope of functionalities for a period of 3 years. 4. The subject of the order has been detailed in the Annex to the Terms of Reference (Detailed description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”). 5. The Ordering Party does not allow for partial offers. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow for variant offers. 7. The Ordering Party allows for equivalent offers. 8. The conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Order are also included in the draft contract provisions, which constitute an Annex to the Terms of Reference. 9. The Ordering Party requires that the Subject of the Order complies with the DNSH principle (do not cause significant harm), within the meaning of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 2020/852, and meets the conditions indicated in Chapter IV point 11 of the Terms of Reference.
