As part of this tender process, LVR-InfoKom intends to acquire a supervision and information system for the LVR State Youth Office and institutions within the jurisdiction of the Landschaftsverband Rheinland. By combining a web-based portal for both the LVR State Youth Office and providers of youth welfare institutions in Rhineland, the tasks of the official supervision of the state youth office and the obligations of the providers of youth welfare institutions aim to achieve nearly complete digitalization. In this context, the tasks and obligations of §§ 45 - 47 SGB VIII, namely operating permission, personnel notification, annual report, on-site inspection, as well as events and developments, are to be digitally represented.
