The object of the Framework Agreement is the Financial Instruments Management Service of the "Credit 2021 – 2027" section of the FARE Lazio Participation Fund, as more broadly governed by the Framework Agreement to be signed with the Subject identified as a result of this Procedure and integrated where provided for by the contents of the Technical Offer

The activities that will be entrusted to the SF Manager include, with reference to each Financial Instrument:

- the preparation and publication of the Notice for access to the Fund subject to the approval of the Governance Committee of the Participation Fund;

- the receipt, administrative and substantive investigation of applications for support submitted from the Fund,

- the adoption of resolutions on the loans requested, the publication and communication to applicants of the consequent results;

- the contractualization of the Loans deliberated positively, the control of any pre- or post-contractual conditions and the requirements that give rise to the right of the beneficiary to benefit from the subsidized Loans and the disbursement of the Loans;

- the management of outstanding loans, related requests for variation and the recovery of unpaid receivables at maturity, including the consequent judicial and extrajudicial activities;

- monitoring the performance of lending companies;

- tutoring addressed to the Recipients;

- the promotion of the Fund and the technical and informative support to the Recipients;

- the correct keeping of the Fund's accounts, the periodic and final reporting, the return of returns and the liquidation of the Fund.
