Design, delivery and installation of air extraction systems located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant facilities in Borówiec.
The subject of the contract is the design, delivery and installation of air extraction systems located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant facilities in Borówiec, consisting of the execution of 2 investment tasks:
a) 4-11-19-171-0 OŚ BORÓWIEC – air extraction system from the receiving building of transported sewage No. 09, transported sewage tank No. 10 and pumping station No. 01, design, installation and construction works aimed at changing the air ventilation system in the transported sewage receiving building – facility No. 09, in the transported sewage tank – facility No. 10 and pumping station - No. 01, as well as the execution of a new odor elimination installation based on a serial, two-stage deodorization system with a minimum capacity of 6,500 m3/h, consisting of:
• two filtration tanks with mineral packing of lava type (continuously sprayed with process water) – stage I,
• a tank filled with sorption packing (activated carbon) dedicated to hydrogen sulfide reduction – stage II;
b) 4-11-19-167-0 OŚ BORÓWIEC – air extraction system from the grate hall and biofilter 13.1, design work, execution of construction and installation works and commissioning of the odorous air purification installation originating from the grate hall and grit chamber of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Borówiec. The scope of work includes, among others:
• reconstruction of the ventilation system for the grate building and grit chamber,
• dismantling the existing biofilter,
• construction of a new two-stage odorous air purification installation using mineral filling and activated carbon,
• increasing the capacity of the process water installation by building an additional transmission pipeline and supplying new process water pumps,
• construction of a control system enabling fully automatic operation of the installation and connecting this system to the control system existing at WWTP Borówiec,
• visualization of the operation of the new installation by introducing new devices to the existing SCADA visualization system at WWTP Borówiec and the LCD synoptic screens at COŚ Koziegłowy,
• site cleanup after works, including restoration of roads and lawns,
• commissioning of the installation and conducting tests confirming the achievement of the required purification effects.
