Installation of renewable energy systems for the residents of the Koło Municipality.
The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of renewable energy sources: 1) 184 photovoltaic installations, 2) 75 electric energy storage installations, 3) 1 air heat pump installation for the purpose of domestic hot water. 4) 105 air heat pump installations for the purpose of heating and domestic hot water. 5) 22 ground heat pump installations for the purpose of heating and domestic hot water; further referred to as "Installations". The delivery, installation, and commissioning of the Installations are intended to enable the production and storage of energy from renewable sources for the households of the residents of the Koło Municipality. A detailed list of properties covered by the project is included in the table titled "List of Participants" presented on pages 2-14 of the Functional-Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as "PFU"), which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The contracting authority indicates that based on the agreements concluded with the residents of the Koło Municipality, on which the renewable energy installations subject to this contract will be realized (hereinafter: "Users"), it has obtained their consent to carry out activities related to the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the Installations necessary for the implementation of the project objectives. The contracting authority requires that: 1) photovoltaic panels used for the implementation of photovoltaic installations come from a single manufacturer; 2) electric energy storage systems with a capacity of at least 6 kWh come from the same manufacturer and are of the same model; 3) electric energy storage systems with a capacity of at least 10 kWh come from the same manufacturer and are of the same model; 4) energy storage systems within one installation come from the same manufacturer as the inverters in that installation; 5) inverters come from the same manufacturer in all installations; 6) air heat pumps for domestic hot water come from the same manufacturer; 7) air heat pumps for heating and domestic hot water come from the same manufacturer; 8) ground heat pumps for heating and domestic hot water come from the same manufacturer. The contracting authority requires that the inverters of the photovoltaic installations, energy storage installations, and heat pumps provide the possibility of remote diagnostics via the Internet. Users provide access to the Internet on their own.
