The object of the acquisition I represent. supply of electric buses from the 10 m range and battery charging stations from buses (slow charging stations and fast charging stations), in confor. with the requirements of Specification No. 47435/20.06.2023, certificates according to specific international quality standards.

The purchase of products will be made in batches, as follows:

Lot 1 - Electric buses and recharging stations, comprising:

1. 20 electric buses from the range of 10 m, incl. SDVs, specific equipment and software for the execution of maintenance and repair works, diagnostics and adjustment, spare stock for spare parts and materials - first equipment material parts, spare stock for aggregates and electronic control units, training services, programs and licenses, quality control services;

2. 20 slow recharging stations, with assembly and commissioning, incl. SDVs, specific equipment and software for performing maintenance and repair works, diagnosis and adjustment, spare stock for spare parts and materials - first equipment material parts, spare stock for aggregates and electronic control units, training services, programs and licenses;

3. 5 fast recharging stations, with assembly and commissioning, incl. SDVs, specific equipment and software for the execution of maintenance and repair works, diagnosis and adjustment, spare stock for spare parts and materials - material parts of first equipment, spare stock for aggregates and electronic control units, training services, programs and licenses;

4. design services (incl. technical verification of the project), construction, assembly, testing and commissioning of recharging stations, as well as technical assistance from the designer during the execution of works at electric charging stations.

1. 20 electric buses from the range of 10 m, incl. SDVs, specific equipment and software for the execution of maintenance and repair works, diagnostics and adjustment, spare stock for spare parts and materials - first equipment material parts, spare stock for aggregates and electronic control units, training services, programs and licenses;

3. 5 fast recharging stations, with assembly and commissioning, incl. SDVs, specific equipment and software for performing maintenance and repair works, diagnostics and adjustment, spare stock for spare parts and materials - first equipment material parts, spare stock for aggregates and electronic control units, training services, programs and licenses;

4. design services (including technical verification of the project), construction, assembly, testing and commissioning of recharging stations, as well as technical assistance from the designer during the execution of works at electric charging stations.

The deadline by which any operator econ. interested in participating. to the procedure. Public procurement has the right to request clarifications or infor. supple. in connection with attribute documentation. shall be 20 days before the closing date for submission of tenders. In accordance with art. 160 para. (2) of L 98/2016 as amended. and completely. subsequently, the Authority Contrac. sets the deadline for responding to all requests for clarification/information 11 days before the deadline for submission of bids.

Lot No. 2 - Electric buses and recharging stations, comprising the following:

1. 20 electric buses from the range of 10 m, including SDVs, specific equipment and software for the execution of maintenance and repair works, diagnostics and adjustment, spare stock for spare parts and materials - first equipment material parts, spare stock for aggregates and electronic control units, training services, programs and licenses, quality control services;

2. 20 slow recharging stations, with assembly and commissioning, including SDVs, specific equipment and software for the execution of maintenance and repair works, diagnostics and adjustment, spare stock for spare parts and materials - first equipment material parts, spare stock for aggregates and electronic control units, training services, programs and licenses;

3. 5 fast recharging stations, with assembly and commissioning, including SDVs, specific equipment and software for the execution of maintenance and repair works, diagnostics and adjustment, spare stock for spare parts and materials - first equipment material parts, spare stock for aggregates and electronic control units, training services, programs and licenses;

4. design services (including technical design verification), construction, assembly, testing and commissioning of recharging stations, as well as technical assistance from the designer during the execution of works at electric charging stations.

Note! In order to carry out the design service for the charging stations (including obtaining the construction permit, approvals / agreements, as the case may be), and implicitly the execution of the related works, it is mandatory for the bidder to hold ANRE certification or equivalent for the design and execution of electrical network works up to and including 20kV.

Note! Based on art. 13, paragraph (1) of Law nr. 10/1995 regarding quality in construction, the verification of projects regarding the compliance with technical regulations regarding the applicable fundamental requirements is performed by project verifiers certified by fields / subfields and specialties, other than project development specialists. The certified design verifier may not verify and stamp projects drawn up by him or projects in the preparation of which he participated or projects for which, as a certified technical expert, he drew up the technical expert report. In this respect, the technical verification activity of the design for the construction of charging stations will be carried out, mandatorily, by an entity distinct from that of the designer, and the design verifier / verifiers
