The subject of this public procurement is the design, delivery, integration, and commissioning of a comprehensive solution that will enable the client to: 1. operate the Citizen Portal – a transactional web application for self-service processing of selected local government agendas, 2. supplement and establish the hardware infrastructure (min. 2 × high-performance servers, storage array) necessary for high availability of electronic services, 3. integrate new services into the existing information systems of the city (document management service EZOP, economic system GINIS, agenda IS, reservation system) and the central identity NIA. The client requires that the selected supplier in design & build mode ensures in particular: a. architectural and security design of the solution including integration schemes and hardware capacity design, b. delivery and installation of servers and storage arrays to the MM ČB data center, their inclusion in the cluster of the existing virtualization platform, c. development/configuration of the Citizen Portal d. integration with internal and external systems (EZOP, GINIS, other AIS according to the feasibility study, payment gateway, NIA), e. data migration and initialization, backup setup, DR scenario, f. testing (unit, integration, performance, pen test) and pilot operation, g. training, documentation, and handover of source codes to the city Git repository, h. support and service L2/L3 for at least 60 months in accordance with the requirements of the technical specification.
