The Oslo Port of Oslo (HAV) has received a pledge of support from Enova to an onshore power plant for ccs ships at Kneppeskjær east. The facility must meet the requirements in the grant letter from Enova. This includes i.a. the requirements in NEK IEC PAS 80005-3.
The procurement is for the procurement of land power installations. In addition the procurement includes the following options:
1. Cost reduction - Land supply system for CCS ships only.
2. Cable tower to CCS
3. Convert
4. Advanced cable management system, quay front
5. Back-up cables
6. Extended service contract
The contractual terms for the delivery shall be in accordance with the standard contract terms for Oslo municipality ́s procurement of goods.
The land power plant shall supply the ship at Kneppeskjær quay on Sjursøya. Kneppeskjær quay is divided in the east and west. The contracting authority would like the onshore power plant to be completed simultaneously with the completion of the quay at Kneppeskjær pier, 15 June 2027.
The contract has an estimated extent of between NOK 15 million and NOK 20 million.
