With the aim of properly defining and structuring ETJ 2.0, it is essential to have a rigorous and well-founded analysis that allows for informed decision-making and the formulation of effective public policies for the benefit of society as a whole.
The purpose of the contract is, therefore, to carry out technical assistance to obtain a set of inputs based on socioeconomic and employment analyses that define the necessary actions to accelerate a just ecological transition in Spain. The aim is to use these results to develop ETJ 2.0, ensuring a rigorous analysis that supports informed decisions and effective public policies for the benefit of society as a whole.
The scope of the services covered in the contract is structured around four services:
Service 1 – Evaluation of compliance and analysis of the socioeconomic and labor impacts of the current Just Transition Strategy
Service 2 – Identification of measures and actions to accelerate the just ecological transition in Spain, based on socioeconomic analysis and environmental commitments.
Service 3 – Design of models for just transition plans at the business level
Service 4 – Technical consultancy for the development of key measures in the second Just Transition Strategy
